By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to the QR Code Generator, AI Toolkit, AI Tools, Resource & Document Library, Agency Analysis Tools, Owners Corner Private Community, Marketing/Recruiting Templates, Monthly Marketing Webinar/Workshop, Monthly Training, Quarterly Training, and Live Chat Support, or other features not specifically mentioned (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Subscription Terms

All subscription plans are for a minimum duration of 1 month, and customers are billed accordingly. Cancellation requests are your responsibility and are managed by you. Subscriptions will auto-renew every month unless you cancel by the following billing date. Should you fail to cancel in a timely manner, it is your responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

No Refunds

BCG Digital Solutions LLC and Briones Consulting Group LLC do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Services, lack of usage, or changes in business circumstances.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

BCG Digital Solutions LLC and Briones Consulting Group LLC make no explicit or implied guarantees or warranties regarding the outcomes or results of your business operations as a result of using the Services. Success in business depends on various factors beyond our control, and individual results may vary.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BCG Digital Solutions LLC and Briones Consulting Group LLC harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions. 

Proprietary Rights

The software and all provided resources within Homecare Owners Corner are proprietary and are not to be redistributed, reproduced, or re-sold without the prior written consent of BCG Digital Solutions LLC and Briones Consulting Group LLC.

Acknowledgment of Terms

Failure to read these Terms and Conditions does not absolve users from their obligation to adhere to them.

Business Decisions

All decisions made relating to finances, investments, employee relations, and any other business operations are the sole responsibility of the individual company owners and management teams using the platform. Each business is responsible for maintaining regulatory and legal compliance in accordance with state, federal, and local laws and administrative policies. 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Services or these Terms and Conditions shall be settled in Hendricks County, Indiana, in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana.

Modifications to Terms

BCG Digital Solutions LLC and Briones Consulting Group LLC reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these terms, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
